SDUT: Ducheny to resign post with congressional run in the offing
Former Democratic Sen. Denise Ducheny said she plans to resign her post
on the California Unemployment Appeals Board on Tuesday, further
signaling a run in the congressional district being vacated by Rep. Bob
Filner.
