SACRAMENTO – (Sunday, June 15, 2014) – California State Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez, D-San Diego, made the following statement following the Assembly’s approval of the 2014-15 state budget on Sunday.
“As a breadwinner mom, I’m most proud that this state budget reflects priorities for California that I’d want for my own household: more funding for child care and education, more repairs to our basic infrastructure, and a fund that allows us to save money for a rainy day.”
